Central Equipment

We've been with Central Equipment for years now. Lindsey (sp?) Is an amazing asset to the Service Dept. I have worked with her previously and now try to request her by name. I verbally told her what was happening and when I picked it up every issue was addressed and handled. I hate to see the Deere brand no longer serviced there but we got our 5510 rebuilt there before that happened.

Paden is a huge asset to the Central Equipment sales team. When I came looking for an RTV, he greeted me politely and professionally. He was knowledgeable about the vehicle I was looking at. He never pressured for the sale and I never felt like "a stupid girl" when I asked and he answered all my questions. When I made my decision, he again professionally facilitated the deal. He delivered the vehicle to the farm and again took the time to answer any final questions. In addition, he is known in the surrounding rural community and should be a positive influence to bring new customers to Central Equipment.

Central Equipment has provided me with excellent service. Grace has been a pleasure to talk with, truly a sweetheart! Kudos to Jamie and Joey in the service department. They have went above and beyond to meet my service needs. They've made sure I've felt valued as a customer. I can't express enough my gratitude for how I've been treated by Grace, Jamie, and Joey. Update: the owner called me and apologised for the confusion. The correct part was ordered. I picked it up today. I was refunded for incorrect part and they gave me the new part as their way of making things right. Thats above and beyond and much appreciated Original review Parts department is unfamiliar with parts. I need a tie rod for my tractor. Was told they just dont sell one. Had to buy both. Part arrived today. Only one tie rod. Called parts department. Spoke with same salesperson who said it was 2 ends with a rod in between. Part from them approx 3 times the cost as other suppliers. At the time I chocked it up to the fact that I was getting 2 tie rods. Only one, and not even the correct part for my tractor!!

Jason and his crew are the best here in town. I have a 2 mower crew and they keep me running. The service is great and communication is on point. They don’t disappoint as well. Definitely recommend for new equipement and servicing!
